The Month of August

Truly, I declared that there is something about 8 early this month and that it denotes new beginning and harvest. Yes, August numbered 8th month of the year and today is 8th day of the 8th month. What a double portion, if you and I are prepared to take the bull by its horn. It is important to note that wishes alone can't take anyone to his destination except there is commensurate action backing it up. If wishes are horses, beggars would ride. The prodigal son took a bold step and "HE AROSE", he met the father hence he experienced a dramatic change from NOTHINGNESS (when he struggled with pigs to feed) to SOMETHING-ELSE (abundance). (See Luke 15:20)

Therefore, I challenge myself (you are free to take a clue from it, if you choose to) that NOTHING MOVES UNTIL I MOVE IT (action). Things will only improve if I get out of PROCRASTINATION and face fact. As you join me in this laudable step today, promotion awaits you. Enough of talking but I need to do it because as Jesus was saying it, He was also doing it. Although, not through my strength but then I can do all things through CHRIST that strengthens me. (Phil 4:13, 1 Samuel 2:9) We (believers) have almost turned Jesus to a liar as if He couldn't bring to pass His promises concerning us due to our inaction, leaving things to a game of chance. Note that Elisha only declared: "By this time tomorrow, there shall be surplus" some supposed valueless cripples chose to move the hand of God to action. He is set to move as we are prepared. God says He will not rest until our struggle become a thing of the past. (Isaiah 62:1). It's well.
